The integral Learning Management System records the progress of individual users and allows the appointed Administrator to view, print and download reports on user activity, assessment results, module usage etc. At any moment of the day up to date information is available to demonstrate compliance, skills development and volunteer inclusion to management teams, trustees and funders.
Each member of staff or volunteer group can be given their own Personal Learning Zone and can choose courses from those made available by the organisation. They can work through the courses at their own pace, or within a timescale provided (this approach works particularly well for induction programmes and ongoing compliance training).
Once logged in, an individual can see at a glance the modules available to them, which ones they have completed and what they have left to do. Their assessment scores are recorded and printable certificates are available for each module (on successful completion of the end-of-module assessment).
